Early in her career, Ruth worked as a Full-Time HR Director for many years and wanted to help more Business Owners and Employees in different industries. Over the years, she has learned the ins and outs of Illinois Business and how to provide peace of mind to business owners while helping companies save money on administrative costs.

Today, Ruth has grown WORKFORCEWORKS to successfully perform expert Human Resources and Benefit services in the Northwest Suburbs and the Chicagoland area. In the last 8 years she’s interacted with thousands of employees in different industries; Ruth has focused on helping with profit, productivity, reduced liability and employee satisfaction.

Ruth is an active member of the Women’s Business Development Center (WBDC), Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Hispanic American Construction Industry Association (HACIA). Always striving to improve, Ruth attends Human Resources Management meetings and events to learn the latest workplace trends. She also has a passion for helping employees find their voice at work. In her free time, Ruth enjoys golfing, traveling and spending time with her family.
